But why “BornAgainConservatives"?
Most of us enter the summer of our youth filled with boundless idealism and Utopian views of the world. These impressionable and vulnerable years, coupled with our biased educational system, play havoc with our emotional nature, leading many of us to romantic but often unrealistic liberal agenda.
Then, at the age of maturity— say, around thirty—and after living out in the world of responsibility, we ought to gravitate toward our practical and realistic senses. Many of us come to the conclusion that idealistic liberalism does not survive the scrutiny of real life. It is high time to capture our natural tendency for traditional and time-honored values, abandoning the restless life of liberal activism to the next generation.
Those of us who have completed this significant life evolution have become “Born Again Conservatives".
Those who remain liberal and do not experience this essential transformation, will likely journey through life embittered, conspiratorial, conflicted, mistrusting, and pessimistic, in an endless pursuit of the next social protest.
That is why Winston Churchill once said:
"Any man under thirty who is not a liberal has no heart, and any man over thirty who is not a conservative has no brains."
Our goal is to assist folks in their conservative rebirth or renaissance, because we are firmly convinced that people must free themselves from radical liberalism.
This website is also intended to help conservative-minded candidates for public office, for we vigorously believe in the separation of Liberalism and State.
In case you are wondering, this web site has no religious affiliation. Nevertheless, we respect people of faith. After all, unlike militant liberals, conservatives are not faith-averse.
You are cordially invited to participate actively in this website. We hope that this site will become your home for exchanging conservative views and opinions. Feel free to comment on what you read and contribute to the site with your own views, stories or experiences. However, in this quest, we encourage reasoned and principled debates, but discourage name-calling and insult. We reserve the right to reject a submittal or to edit it for clarity.
